It's finally turning to summer here in Boston (hallelujah!). Here's a quick HIIT workout to jumpstart your day at the beach.

Grab a park bench and get to work:
1-3 mile warm up
25 bench dips
25 step ups each leg
25 Spiderman pushups
Run 400 meters
25 bench dips
25 Bulgarian split squats
25 wide pushups
Run 400 meters
25 bench dips
25 elevated side squats
25 triangle pushups
Run 400 meters
